{"id":431,"date":"2013-03-04T10:15:34","date_gmt":"2013-03-04T17:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rodsawatsky.com\/?p=431"},"modified":"2013-03-04T10:15:34","modified_gmt":"2013-03-04T17:15:34","slug":"warnings-of-christ","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.rodsawatsky.com\/?p=431","title":{"rendered":"Warnings of Christ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">John 5:24<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><sup>24\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcVery truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.\u00c2\u00a0<sup>25\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live.\u00c2\u00a0<sup>26\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself.\u00c2\u00a0<sup>27\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><sup>28\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcDo not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice\u00c2\u00a0<sup>29\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>and come out\u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u201c those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned.\u00c2\u00a0<sup>30\u00c2\u00a0<\/sup>By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.<\/p>\n<p>Several questions to this mysterious text. Who are the dead who will hear and respond? What does &#8220;condemned&#8221; mean for those who have done evil?
